Coach and Trainer Work - Health

You notice that you are not feeling well. You are tired, irritable, forgetful or have other complaints. But you think it will go away. Or you don't want to complain. Concentration at work becomes more difficult. You start working harder. Your neck is stiff again. Somewhere you know that you should sound the alarm. But you continue. Until... your colleagues or manager express their concerns or irritation..., your partner or friends start complaining..., your body protests violently...
We tend to ignore signals that warn us. This can lead to damage to our health, absence from work and problems at home. Our balance is disturbed. There are understandable reasons why people ignore their signals. Sometimes we do not recognize them. Or, due to our beliefs and habits, we are not able to know when to take the signals seriously. It can also be difficult to see and use opportunities that can help you. Sometimes taking a step seems to make little difference.
But… the signs, big or small steps, they matter!
It matters!

As a coach and trainer, I contribute to the development of people to achieve a sustainable balance. With my medical background I provide tools to handle health problems. Whether it is a specific medical condition or work stress, each situation requires an approach that suits the unique person involved. Neurodiversity is a specific area of focus. The originality of people with ADHD and ASD is a source of inspiration for me. In my workshops, people learn to recognize and acknowledge their signs of imbalance, which makes it possible to do something about it in time.

The Story of the Boy and the Starfish
About how little things matter
One day a man was walking along the beach when he saw a boy picking up something to throw it into the sea. He walked up to the boy and asked, "What are you doing?" The boy replied, "I'm throwing starfish back into the sea. The water is high now, but it will retreat in the next few hours. If they stay on the beach, they will die." "Son," said the man, "the beach is miles long and there are thousands of starfish. It's no use!" The boy looked at the starfish in his hand and threw it back into the waves, replying, "For this one starfish, it is of vital importance!"
